Good Island Festival Hitting Melbourne’s North in Early February

Good Island is the newest addition to this year’s festival calendar taking place over the first weekend of February. Created by friendly Melbourne folk Good Manners and Wondercore Island, in collaboration with Niche Productions and i-D, Good Islands is an immersive cultural, arts and music festival run across four stages and two venues in the heart of Melbourne’s inner north.Taking place in Carlton at The Curtin and the Bella Union Bandroom & Ballroom, the one-day festival is a showcase of Australia’s best up and coming live and visual talents, featuring the likes of LUCIANBLOMKAMP, Marcus Whale, Angie Pai, Vulture St Tape Gang and CORIN.

The festival will feature each artist presenting their work twice during the festival, once as a collaborative or experimental performance and then as a traditional performance, giving you the chance to see some of your favourite artists in a different light.

Good Island festival is sure to be a blissful sensory experience, and with tickets selling fast, you don’t want to miss out on this one of a kind extravaganza.
