Run For The Kids Boot Camp

Get up bright and early this Monday and many more to come, all for a good cause. Train yourself up in this 4 week boot camp, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for 12 x 1 hour sessions. If you’re doubting your fitness levels, would love to get fit, or simply enjoy an extra doss of early morning exercise, this is perfect to prepare yourself for the 5km or 15.3km walk/run event on the 18th of March. This honest and moving play explores the journey seven actors take on that attests to the enduring power of hope. Each of their stories helps us to understand something powerful, not only about the characters, but also brings an insight to ourselves. In so many ways, we are all the same. This sensitive and engaging production about mental health issues is proudly brought to you by the APA Ensemble in partnership with SANE Australia and Gandel Philanthropy. La Mama has done it again, and this performance proves it!
