Booking is essential, and ideal for those who know the basics of painting miniatures but want to improve. Meagan will be teaching advanced techniques, including dry brushing and other methods to give your miniatures that crisp detail!

2018 NAB AFL Women’s Competition Rd 1 – Carlton vs. Collingwood
Carlton Football Club, Carlton North / 7:40pm – 10:40pm
Now that tennis is over, kick off the weekend with a season football opener rematch! Collingwood Football Club will be taking on the women from Carlton Football Club in a neck-in-neck game. Entry is free so get in early to secure your seats (or if you miss out, don’t fear – you can catch all the excitement of the match on the big screen in the live site next door). Gates open at 5:30pm with pre-match entertainment, food, merchandise and exclusive giveaways. There’s also face painting, a kids zone and much more to pleasantly end your working week.

Saturdays are buzzing at Fitzroy’s, Evelyn Market. Stalls will be overloaded with vintage, second-hand clothing and accessories from local emerging designers. Donations are also accepted on behalf of Fitted for Work. Don’t just throw out your clothes and hit up shoppo; practice sustainability, buy second-hand and save a few bucks all the while!
