Inner Wild: Sundays at Dancehouse

This ‘Authentic Movement Practice’ is one you have to physically experience to understand the powerful, challenging and freeing art. This is a safe and held space for you to have time to tune in with yourself so that the wisdom and intelligence inherent within your body (and in every cell) will take care of the rest.
