Inner Wild: Sundays at Dancehouse

Dancehouse, Carlton North / 5pm – 7:30pm

Not to be confused with a dance class. This embodiment class, rather, explores the wonder, insight and deep relaxation from fully sinking in to your inner wilderness (your body) in the present moment. This ‘Authentic Movement Practice’ is one you have to physically experience to understand the powerful, challenging and freeing art. This is a safe and held space for you to have time to tune in with yourself so that the wisdom and intelligence inherent within your body (and in every cell) will take care of the rest.
